Bottom of shoe is a very comfy and supportive rubber. While the inside of the strap is a pvc material that wipes clean easily, the inside is lined with a tad bit of padding and a soft but durable fabric. (please see picture)

These are definitely unisex so the strap and width are nice and roomy. If you have a narrow foot, these will not work for you.
